This microwaveable pack of smoked haddock comes with a leek & light butter sauce. It is great back-up to keep in your freezer for times when you need something quick and delicious for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prepared with a medium thickness and skinless grade of haddock, it only takes 3 minutes to serve! Serve for a gourmet breakfast with toast and a fried egg. For a quick lunch serve on soft Italian bread or a bun with spicy garlic mayonnaise and fried onions. For dinner you can serve with buttered new potatoes, or mashed, and lightly sauteed seasonal vegetables.
Easy Microwave Cooking:
Puncture the bag on one of the corners.
After puncturing the bag place in your microwave and cook for three minutes on full power at 700 watts.
Turn the bag after one and a half minutes, then continue to cook for the full three minutes.
The bag will expand and some steam will escape. After three minutes take out of the microwave and flip over letting the juices spread over the fish.
Open the bag with kitchen scissors and use a spatula to lift out onto your serving plate. You might like to add a little extra butter on top to melt over the smoked haddock.

For a gourmet breakfast that will really set you up for the day you might serve with sourdough toast and a fried egg. Prepare in less than seven minutes from start to finish and you will feel like royalty!
