We use only rope-cultured mussels grown naturally in protected Ocean waters. The mussels are steamed to release their plump, succulent meats and then we hot smoke them just long enough to seal in their delicate
sea flavor. High in protein and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, these mussels can be used in salads or pastas, or serve with a savory sauce for a sophisticated appetizer.
