Our seafood is shipped without a signature requirement upon delivery.
You do not have to be home to accept the delivery. If you request that a signature be required, you need to be home to accept the delivery. Some of our customers have their seafood shipped to their business address. If you are sending this item as a gift please be very sure that you inform the recipient that a perishable gift will be arriving on a particular day.
Shipping Rates Are Flat up to 12 lbs:
As a benefit to you, our shipping charge is a Flat Rate up to 12 lbs. It costs the same to ship 2 lbs as it does 12 lbs to your address. We pay the difference!
Free Personalised Gift Cards:
When you ship an order our system will automatically open a field for you to enter a message to that recipient, if you choose. We in turn when packing your order print the message on a handsome note card that is packed with your order so your recipient will clearly know who the package is from.

Rush Arctic Boxes To Ensure Freshness:
We ship your seafood in the safest possible way. All of our products are packed in vacuum pouches or tamper resistant containers. We ship to you in sturdy molded and reusable CFC-free containers inside corrugated boxes for additional insulation and sturdiness. We vary the amount of gel ice used depending on each shipping destination, and overnight or second day delivery. We are expert at keeping the product safe and cold until it reaches you.
Problems with your order?
Examine the carton and its contents when it arrives. If it arrives late feel the temperature of the ice pack. If the ice is still cold to the touch, the seafood will still be good and fresh. If the carton or contents appear to be damaged and/or items are missing please inform UPS and call us immediately at (207)-348-2730. All questions or claims should be made within 24 hrs of the delivery
