We use hook caught ocean-run wild Sockeye salmon captured off Alaska. This Pacific fishery is thought to be one of the most sustainable wild fisheries in the world.

Wild salmon swim freely and feed in their natural habitat. They tend to be richer in Omega-3 oils than Atlantic salmon, and have firmer, more meaty texture.

At Stonington Sea Products we work very hard to preserve the natural flavor characteristics of this specialty fish. We never add sugar or preservatives. Our hot smoked Sockeye salmon is lightly smoked with natural cherry and hickory smoke in our Scottish Kiln.
