Kippers that are huge, plump and juicy from the Bay Of Fundy. We defy you to find better kippers! Stonington Sea Product's Kippers are prepared from herring with a high oil content which is good for your health. Our Kippers are hand split from whole herring to ensure the very best eating quality. The Kippers are then immersed in a simple salt brine and are slowly smoked for 12-14 hours in a gentle stream of cool fragrant smoke from smouldering white hickory and cherry shavings.

Since kippers have a short fresh shelf life we always flash freeze enough to ensure your order can be filled. Please specify when placing your order if you do not want to receive our frozen kippers.
